Note from JobFairy.com: This is awesome advice. Let technology work *for* you. Why should you have to expend any effort? Plus, the job market is coming back, and is pretty much the best it's been since the dot com crash. It's not quite back to pre-crash levels, but there seems to be a hard-won sanity and pragmatism that was sorely lacking before. So if you're thinking of looking, do so cautiously, but with renewed optimism. I am thinking that next spring will be the big hiring season. Fall should be active, but that's because there are still a lot of layoffs and readjustments going on, not because the market has returned to an intrinsic state of health.
