When a certain Fairy can get 11 interviews in one week and 6 in the next (we're talking face-to-faces, not counting go-sees and phone screens), yeah - you can believe this. It's back. Not quite to where it used to be, but it's getting there. Salaries are still a bit on the lower side, but come next spring I think we'll see the market substantially corrected.
