Words of wisdom from Paul Kimmel

"Thankfully, the economy is good again and you can search for a new job once more.  Seek fulfillment elsewhere.  Simply take your bobble head off your desk, delete any Internet porn you might have downloaded, and walk out.  Companies don't give notices anymore, why should you? There is zero company loyalty.  The only people that deserve even a modicum of loyalty are those people that value your input, pay you for your time, and treat you like a person instead of part of the bottom line.  Today's modus operandi is 'look out for number one'. "

My Amazon Sister directed me to your site, and I want to thank you for all your hard work on behalf of all women.

This particular part was freaky to read, because I feel it's so close to the truth that it could just be the center of the bullseye. It is a sad truth, however. Perhaps we can change it, perhaps we can build companies that care equally about their employees as their bottom line numbers.

You're welcome Jadea! None of us Fairies ever want any of you to have to go through the kind of stuff we did in order to succeed in IT. Anything we can do to help, just let us know.
