The start of the spring hiring season is almost here. It starts in earnest about 3/1, but can be earlier depending on when companies get their financials in order in the 1st quarter. Make sure your resume is up to date, free of typos, and posted to all the major job boards as soon as possible if you are hoping to switch or find a job in the end of 1st quarter/beginning of 2nd quarter rush.
